Are you interested in social media and content creation? Have you got 3 or 4 hours per week to spare? Are you interested in making a difference?  If you answered yes to these questions, Enable Ireland would like to hear from you.

Our Garden Centre in Limerick City is looking for a volunteer to assist with our social media. We are looking for someone who is interested in photography and creating social media content. An interest in gardening, horticulture and the natural environment would be a plus, but not essential.

The role would include taking photos of stock, plants, flowers etc. and using these images to create social media content to promote the garden centre and our collection service. There will be some content curation, and some seasonal promotions as well as regular posts.

All profits support Enable Ireland’s vital disability services for thousands of children and adults across Ireland. In Limerick, our local services are in Quinn’s Cross, Castleconnell and Ballykeeffe.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

Skills required for this role:

Some social media experience, interested in photography and crating social media content. An interest in gardening, horticulture and the natural environment would be a plus but not essential.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Time committment will be agreed with Line Manager.

Minimum time commitment per week:
4 hour p/week
