University of Limerick Student Life
This inviative is run out of the Welfare Office in UL Student Life. We tackle issues that are relevant to students, answer questions that current students are asking and most importantly we have fun doing it! Our campaigns range from mental health awareness, drug and alcohol issues and diversity and inclusion issues. We welcome all volunteers from all years who have a passion for student welfare.
It counts towards your PVA hours and looks amazing on your CV.
It is a fantastic way to get involved in University life and meet new people while having fun.
We get to do some great work and make a difference while working with tthe UL 19/20 charities.
You will develop skills such as event management, marketing and communication.
It will develop and expand the UL graduate attributes much sought after by employers- Knowledgeable, proactive, creative, responsible, collaborative and articulate.
Is training provided?: Yes
Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
To help out with the campaigns being ran all year round.

Friendly and approachable students.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Time commitment is flexible and variable depending on the campaign week.
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
