Requirements:An interested in community volunteering, improving a personal and physical skill
There are three levels to the Award programme, starting with Bronze and progressing to Silver or Gold, with the time and investment required increasing as the participant moves from Bronze towards the Gold Award.

Gaisce is Ireland’s only national medal and is a great opportunity to set personal goals, track and achieve in the areas of physical; community volunteering; skills.
Gaisce Society meet regularly for socials and run fundraisers and peer support events.

1 hour p/week
