Requirements:TU Dublin Students Only - Volunteering as Peer Mentors
Our TU Dublin Peer Mentors (usually second year students) volunteer to share tips with first years on how to manage the transition and negotiate settling-in to University.
Our Peer Mentors help the first year students to develop a stronger sense of identity and contribute towards people feeling more connected with TU Dublin.
We want to ensure that you are recognised for your invaluable contribution as a Peer Mentor so when you log your hours here on StudentVolunteer.ie you will receive certification at the end of the academic year to confirm your contribution, a TU Dublin Pillar of the Community Medal when you log 10 hours or more.
Once you have created your dashboard by applying here to confirm you are Peer Mentor you will be 'approved' by our administrator and you can begin logging your hours.

Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
