VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SERVE for an upcoming PANTO at Scala, Blackrock

We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help out at any of the shows happening December 17th–21st:

• Wednesday & Thursday at 7pm

• Saturday & Sunday at 1pm and 7pm

We’ll need helping hands before and after each show.

What volunteers will be doing:

• Setting up seating like a pro

• Welcoming guests and showing them to their seats

• Directing people into Scala with your best “this way, legends” energy

• Serving snacks and drinks

• Selling raffle tickets

• Make skills, glitter, sparkle and hair styling

This fundraiser supports SERVE, and with your help you’ll be doing something genuinely good while soaking in the panto buzz — win-win.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

Event helper, backstage helper & a friendly helpful face at the event for meet & greet.
