Requirements:An interest in guitar and the ability to teach it
Classes are once a week, on a Saturday from 10.30am - 12pm. Classes will continue online until our groups resume in the centre, presumably when schools reopen.
Students will be expected to plan and deliver sessions for 8–16-year-olds of different levels of guitar strength, while working in a team with other volunteers to teach students guitars.
Is training provided?: Yes
Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
The process for recruitment/ selection is an informal zoom call with the team at Citywise.
Garda vetting will be done by Citywise. Students will need to provide proof of address and photo ID, while also filling out two forms.
Citywise will provide 1hr long Children's First training if students are yet to receive any sort of training like this.

All that is required is an interest in guitar and the ability to teach it

Guitar club runs on a Saturday from 10.30am-12pm
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
