Requirements:Stewarding skills, strong outgoing personality to direct cyclists and to control traffic. Calm personality. Basic English.
Croí is dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke, Ireland's No.1 killer. The 25th Annual Tour de Lough Corrib cycle will take place on Sunday, June 9th, 2019. This is the biggest charity cycle in the West of Ireland!
Marshals at the Lough Corrib Cycle will be required to locate themselves at selected points along the route through the city, from Dangan sports hall over the quincentennial bridge to the headford road roundabout. This will be to ensure the safety of the cyclists and to ensure that no-one looses their way, and also to make motorists aware of the event, the cyclists and the slight delay they will encounter. (Road signs will be in situ) Where required, there may be some volunteers needed along the route at various locations.

Sunday 9th June: Morning and afternoon.
